A security deposit and half of the rental fee is required with the signed contract. The security deposit maybe applied
to damages incurred to the Base 26 by the Renter or it maybe kept by the Base 26 in the event of breach of these
terms and conditions. The security deposit is applicable at RM 300.
TERM OF USE
Use of our space is at Renterâ€™s own risk. Renter hereby waives rights to seek legal redress for mishaps, accidents,
and/or loss while on our premises. Renter agrees to leave the space and adjacent grounds in the same condition as
they were when Renter arrived.
EVENT TIME ALLOWANCE
30 minutes allowance to dismantle at the end of the renting period. Additional hrs will be charged at RM 200/hr. If you would like to extend the renting period after 11pm , additional hrs will be charged at RM 350 /hr
DECORATIONS AND CLEAN UP
â€¢ The Renter and/or Caterer is responsible for cleaning the rented area after the event (as arranged by the two).
â€¢ Areas left unclean or any damage to property may result in forfeiture of the entire Security Deposit.
â€¢ Any rental equipment, including tables, chairs, linens and/or decorations must be delivered and
removed on the day of the event unless otherwise authorized.
Any other damages to the premises are the responsibility of the renter, and will be billed accordingly.
Damages may include, but are not limited to wall damage, chair breakage, etc.
Cancellations must be made at least 3 days in advance of rental date.
